Me and my friend are THE biggest fans of cafe Colette. I cannot stress enough how GOOD this coffee is. Genuinely one of the best coffees of my life. The espresso has such a smooth and strong taste. It’s not often you can find a coffee that is so perfectly balanced. It’s not too bitter, definitely not too sweet. We came here two months ago and have been raving about it ever since. We came back this week and it was our first stop of the day. The strawberry shortcake latte is something I would possibly die for! If you have the opportunity you MUST try this place!! Lots of love to you guys, PLEASE open a location near Austin Texas!! We would be the happiest jolliest ladies around!!

I saw great reviews on tik tok and Instagram. The aesthetics very top tier. It's a cute little coffee cart with garden fairy vibes. They offered a physical menu which was nice and I got two lattes featured below. The cold foam was the star of both drinks but the espresso was okay. There was grind at the bottom of both drinks and the shot itself was burnt. I was underwhelmed with my order. If your looking for vibes this is your spot if your looking for quality espresso I would look elsewhere where.

One of our favorite latte spots in Pensacola, if not our favorite. They have a really nice outdoor seating area, and the lattes are amazing. They’re not too sweet and honestly taste perfect. I definitely recommend trying the Strawberry Shortcake and Blueberry Cheesecake lattes

I was looking for a local coffee spot to try and came across Colette, so I decided to give it a try and I’m so glad I did! I ordered the cinnamon roll latte, and it was absolutely delicious. The aesthetic, the vibe, and the soft music made it such a beautiful and relaxing place to be. Everything about the experience was amazing. I’ll definitely be back!

This is such a lovely little outdoor cafe! The barista was really sweet and so was another customer there who recommended me one of their favorite drinks. I personally came for the matcha latte, which was yummy. They use a good quality matcha with a few different versions of the latte on the menu. I’m excited to visit again and try something new. Some of the review photos can be misleading, so for clarity, this is an outdoor cafe only. They’re adjacent to a furniture store, so seating will be outdoor. It’s a really cozy spot though with decently shady areas.
